To qualify for the Spin Pin your email used to place the pledge on Kickstarter needed to match the email on your VLDL news letter.

The "Drawing Stream" was unlocked as part of our Social Quests! Every backer will receive digital copies of the… "masterpieces" drawn on-stream by Rowan, Adam, and Alan. Later April we will post a Backer Only update with the download link.

We work very hard to ensure every order is shipped safely and correctly. In the case your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please contact us and we will take care of you as quickly as possible!

You can change your address up to 12 hours after your order has been placed. If you need to update your shipping address, either update the address through the self help tool or contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed so we can make the change for you. After the 12 hour hold period, your order begins processing at our warehouse and we are unable to make updates to the shipping address. In this situation, you can reach out to the shipping provider with your tracking number and see if they are able to update the shipping address for you.  Some have the ability to do so from their tracking sites.

You can cancel at any time prior to the end of the campaign without being charged.
After the campaign ends, but before the pledge manager closes, you can cancel your order for a 90% refund.
After the pledge manager closes you can cancel for a 75% refund, which reflects the additional expenses we have incurred in manufacturing and shipping items.
We cannot refund after shipping starts but will consider it on a case-by-case basis.
We will not refund pledges less than $20.

Because these items are made specifically for you, all Made-to-Order and Print-on-Demand items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Please note that after 8 hours, no edits or cancellations can typically be made to your order.

Due to the exclusive nature of our merchandise and the international location of our warehouse, all orders are final sale.

We are currently unable to facilitate returns or exchanges.

However, your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives damaged or contains an error, please contact us immediately. We review these issues on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to make it right via a replacement or a partial refund.

Most orders have a 7-10 business day processing time (not including weekends or holidays) before they're shipped from our warehouse.
