Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy


At Creatist Games, we strive to deliver your order quickly and safely, whether it’s a regular purchase, a pre-order, or part of a crowdfunding campaign such as a Kickstarter.


Standard Order Fulfillment

After a 2–3 business day processing period (excluding holidays), your in-stock order will be shipped using the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.


Shipping Timeframes by Method


Standard Shipping (3–5 business days):

Typically takes 3–4 business days within the contiguous 48 U.S. states, and 5–7 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO, and U.S. territories.


Standard Ground Shipping (3–8 business days):

Typically takes 3–8 business days within the contiguous 48 U.S. states.


Priority Shipping (2–3 business days):

Typically takes 2–3 business days for all 50 states and U.S. territories.


International Shipping


First Class International Shipping:

May take 3–6 weeks depending on the destination country. Delivery time does not include potential delays in customs and does not include customs duties or VAT. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.


USPS Global Shipping:

May take 5–10 weeks depending on the destination country. Customs clearance times may vary, and customs duties or VAT are not included and are the responsibility of the customer.


Pre-Orders and Kickstarter Fulfillment

If your item is a pre-order or part of a Kickstarter or other crowdfunded campaign, the estimated shipping time will be listed on the product page or provided through campaign updates. These products may have longer lead times than in-stock items.


Please note:

  • Kickstarter and pre-order items will ship within the estimated timeframe using the shipping method chosen at checkout.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order or Kickstarter items, your order may ship in multiple parts depending on warehouse logistics.
