Refund Policy

You can cancel at any time prior to the end of the campaign without being charged. After the campaign ends, but before the pledge manager closes, you can cancel your order for a 90% refund. After the pledge manager closes you can cancel for a 75% refund, which reflects the additional expenses we have incurred in manufacturing and shipping items. We cannot refund after shipping starts but will consider it on a case-by-case basis. We will not refund pledges less than $20.
