Check every layer first
Open all inner bags, tuck boxes, and the Grimoire’s compartments. Items listed under “also in your order” may come in their own packaging or a separate carton.

Check your order
Your Gamefound order lists exactly what you backed and any add-ons. If part of it hasn’t shipped yet, tracking will show a second package.
- 03
Email us with a photo
Send a photo of what’s missing or damaged to support@creatistgames.com with the subject “DAMAGED/MISSING – [your pledge #]”. We’ll make it right.
